This is especially required in houses that have common walls or can’t be ventilated from all sides using passive vents. These fan systems are used mainly in semis or terrace houses.
Dampmaster uses electric fans that are ducted so that the removal of air under the floors can be controlled. The fresh air is introduced with the passive vents and then extracted using the electric fans.These fans run on timers and have low running noise.
